14 days, full refund, no questions asked. If CarouselMac isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your license key. You don't need to give a reason. We aim to reply within two business days.
What happens next
- The refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- Your license key is switched off, and CarouselMac stops arranging windows on your Macs. Releasing windows always keeps working, so nothing is ever stuck.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something's wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a bug that stops CarouselMac working on your Mac. We'll do our best to make it right. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on where you live, Stripe may act as the reseller of your purchase and may handle some refunds or payment disputes directly.
